Family Law Coaching
A Wide Range of Coaching Services
Not everybody wants (or can afford) the traditional legal services model. More and more people are opting to represent themselves in family law matters, in and out of court. We offer a wide range of coaching services to help self-representing individuals achieve the best outcomes in negotiation, mediation and court.
We offer information, strategic advice, assistance with drafting and practical tips to resolve family matters efficiently. We can also attend at court to assist clients at a conference or motion, even if we are only retained for that purpose.
We help you see the big picture and realistically assess your case.
We can give you practical and strategic tips, not only for dealing with judges and other counsel, but also on a day-to-day basis with your ex-partner.
Our goal is to get you the best resolution with excellent value. Legal coaching services are paid on an hourly basis, so you just pay for what you need, on a case by case basis.
In addition to individual coaching sessions we also offer group courses where we provide legal information, tips and process options for participants.
Lawyer-coaches offer behind-the-scenes guidance to help with both the “hard” and “soft” skills of lawyering to provide clients with the strategies and tools they need to present their own case as effectively as possible in the absence of counsel (-Nikki Gershbain, Law Foundation of Ontario Research Fellow)
