We know that an agreement isn’t worth much if it’s not reliable and enforceable.  We cannot provide advice on a Separation Agreement, a Marriage Contract or a Cohabitation Agreement without full and complete financial disclosure from both parties to the agreement.

These agreements are important, they often have a significant impact on the parties and their family for many years and it’s imperative that our clients have all of the relevant information before them so we can provide advice and they can make decisions.
